Project Role Description : Provides assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud. Plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies driving next-generation business outcomes.

Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and optimized for performance. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to align migration efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage both private and public cloud technologies to achieve advanced operational capabilities and improved business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration and integration of cloud solutions.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure post-migration to maintain high availability and performance.
- Document migration processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support during migration activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Compute Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies and best practices.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting middleware and integration platforms.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with private and public cloud environments and their respective technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TIBCO Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
