We are looking for a Senior Consultant with strategic vision and deep knowledge of the healthcare sector to lead high-impact projects and contribute to business development.

Your role

• Lead complex projects in the healthcare sector (hospitals, insurers, public administrations), managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring alignment between objectives, teams, and outcomes
• Identify collaboration opportunities and generate value propositions aligned with client needs
• Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in the ecosystem
• Translate data and evidence into actionable recommendations
• Prepare high-quality deliverables (reports, presentations, etc.)
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and support the development of junior profiles, with the goal of progressively assuming greater responsibilities in team management and leadership
• Act as an internal reference on key topics in the healthcare sector

Profile we’re looking for:

• Degree in Health Sciences, Engineering, or other related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in:

• Management, project, or planning roles in hospitals or public healthcare entities (planning, quality, projects, digital health…)
• Or in consulting roles in the healthcare sector (strategy, care processes, digital health, innovation, data analysis…).
• Proven experience leading complex projects, with a high level of engagement with key stakeholders in the sector.
• Experience in business development: proposal creation, engagement with decision-makers, co-creation of solutions…
• Knowledge of how the Spanish healthcare system operates (public and private).
