About the role

As our Senior Business Recruiter, you will be responsible for hiring Fourthliners for our Marketing, Commercial, Go- to Market - Finance, Legal Compliance, Risk and People & Culture teams and occasionally provide support when the load becomes too heavy on the tech recruitment side. You work on kick-off sessions with hiring managers, forming interview panels, setting up sourcing strategies with our sourcing team and driving the pipeline with high-quality candidates. You show our (prospective) candidates they can have a meaningful position at Fourthline that can help fulfill their career ambitions and allow them to grow both personally and professionally.

 

What you'll do

 

As our senior recruitment partner for business, your goals are to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and partner up with Fourthline hiring managers and interview panels to identify and recruit the best talent for our business, commercial and staff functions. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Julian Cassar, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders across the business, ensuring the best-in-class recruitment experience from Sourcing to offer and onboarding. The focus as mentioned will be on commercial roles (Sales, business development and marketing) and Staff functions (HR, operations and finance).

 

  • End to end, full cycle recruitment for our Commercial teams and Business Support teams
  • Conducting critical searches/sourcing, Talent mapping, sourcing, and hacking
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. With the aim to always Provide a seamless, engaging and enjoyable candidate experience, regardless of the outcome.
  • Set us up to scale: You define, implement, and uphold best practices in recruitment
  • Stakeholder management and partnering with our Business, finance and legal teams in Amsterdam and Barcelona to build a pipeline of diverse talent through online marketing and events.
  • Develop, maintain, build and execute diverse sourcing and pipeline strategies in accordance with Fourthline internal standards.
  • Work with our employer branding and marketing team to enable yourself in the best marketing, digital media, and communications practices.
  • Collaboration with our marketing, people and employer branding to ensure we attract and retain talent through innovative and strategic recruitment marketing.

What you've got

  • 5 + years of relevant recruiting experience in fast-growing companies focusing on commercial, finance and /or staff roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in English, withy the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Data driven approach. Comfortable using data to continuously monitor and improve approaches, meet goals, track market trends and targets.
  • You're able to translate that data back into meaningful information that we can use within Fourthline.
  • A background in recruitment for technology / SAAS companies and understanding of the challenges of talent attraction in a tough market
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills that help you to connect and collaborate with confidence.

Some nice to haves…

  • Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding experience.
  • Up-to-date knowledge on market trends in recruitment (tools, tech, best practices) You like to share your expertise with the rest of the team, too!
  • Greenhouse ATS experience.
  • You are fluent in English and preferably another language.
