We are seeking an Operations Manager (100%) for a permanent position in our Health Medical team.

Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you…

  • manage sales orders, including contract sales order (SO) and delivery order (DO) creation, maintain the shipment overview (Deal List), and oversee the billing process
  • coordinate deliveries and communicate with internal departments such as Key Account Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Finance
  • handle price registrations for new products in NERP / BDTS and Green TAX systems, and manage monthly, quarterly, or ad-hoc price adjustments
  • prepare reports on order status, delivery schedules, and credit releases
  • process and execute marketing budget claims and commercial claims
  • manage contracts with external agencies, including registration and updates
  • request marketing materials and support marketing event operations (e.g., uploading content to LinkedIn and Facebook)
  • assist with regulatory affairs, sales forecasting (T0 Plan), and partner requests

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you…

  • have at least 3 years of experience in business administration, sales support, or supply chain operations
  • hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • have hands-on experience managing both public and private tenders in Switzerland, ideally within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
  • work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Access
  • have experience working with ERP systems
  • communicate effectively and confidently, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • speak German and English fluently, both written and spoken
  • bring a professional, detail-oriented and reliable working style
