Responsibilities:

Experience Development:

  • Design and curate unique technology educational and demo experiences.
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to implement technology solutions.
  • Update experiences to keep pace with technological advancements.
  • Monitor inventory and procure necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Aligns digital signage content to complement available experiences/devices.

Space Management:

  • Maintain the Tech Lounge to provide an immersive environment.
  • Oversee setup, configuration, and maintenance of technology and equipment.
  • Coordinate with facilities management for space-related issues.


Employee Engagement:

  • Promote employee participation and engagement with the Tech Lounge.
  • Organize workshops, demonstrations, and events.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve offerings.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with HR, IT, and other departments to align initiatives with goals.
  • Act as the primary contact for Tech Lounge inquiries.
  • Present regular reports on activities, usage, and impact.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years related work experience, with at least two years of technical support experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • A passion for workplace technology and cutting edge consumer productivity technology.
  • Experience in a retail showroom environment is a plus.
