How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

In this role, you will be responsible for consolidating and compiling data for VitalAire’s monthly Flash, quarterly Variance, and quarterly Efficiency reporting. You will facilitate the annual target-setting and monthly rolling forecast processes across various business entities, while assisting in the compilation and control of internal investment decisions. Additionally, you will partner with key stakeholders to ensure data reliability, streamline reporting interfaces, and analyze actual-vs-target performance metrics.
  • To assist in the monthly and quarterly reporting to Global Business Unit (GBU). (Flash, Target and Rolling Forecast comments and templates)

  • To assist in the validation of reported data through ERP systems, reporting supplementary data into the ERP systems (Headcount, Margin by product and by therapy, etc)

  • Sales data reporting, including Variance Analysis and Sales Flash reporting.

  • Perform regular cost stacks & major cost and expense analysis and report to the Finance Manager on risks and identified issues and assist in the preparation of board presentations.

  • Compilation of Area investment requests and assisting in the approval and allocation process, organise and Lead Investment tracking meetings with operations and participate in monthly P&L review meetings with Business line Directors.

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft BI and clear communication with GBU Operation Control teams.

 Educational requirements

  • Education: Matric plus BCom Accounting/ BSc Engineering, preferable

  • Matric (Senior Certificate)

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Operations Control

  • Valid driver's license

Knowledge and Know-how specific to the job

  • Understanding of relationships between operational levers, actions and the reported business performance indicators including financials.

  • Knowledge of reporting systems,

  • IT knowledge (ERP, Google)
