The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Platform Engineer who independently applies advanced expertise in designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable, and cloud-agnostic infrastructure. This role leads the architecture and deployment of Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud services, supporting product teams through best-in-class automation, observability, and security practices.
 

What You´ll Do

• Architect & Design: Design and implement cloud infrastructure architectures (primarily AWS), ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and high availability.
   
• Kubernetes Clusters: Lead the design, provisioning, and optimization of cloud-agnostic Kubernetes clusters.
   
• Infrastructure-as-Code: Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
   
• CI/CD Pipelines: Continuously improve and enhance CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and deployment automation.
   
• Observability Solutions: Implement and manage observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and other cloud-native monitoring tools.
   
• System Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance, reliability, and cost, recommending optimization actions.
   
• Cloud Security: Apply cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, secret management, and compliance alignment with CIS benchmarks.
   
• InfoSec Collaboration: Collaborate with InfoSec to ensure secure deployments and threat protection across cloud environments.
   

Required Qualifications 

• 6+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with a strong focus on AWS. 

• Proven experience managing Kubernetes clusters in multi-cloud or cloud-agnostic environments. 

• Hands-on expertise with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi). 

• Strong understanding of observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and cloud monitoring. 

• Solid knowledge of cloud security practices and regulatory compliance frameworks. 

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments. 

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
