Job Description

We are looking for Robotics, Process Automation and Excellence Analyst to join our growing Global Automation and Robotics Center of Excellence located in Katowice. Our CoE supports entire Rockwell organization providing remote automation as a service in such areas like: Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Customer Production Support but also Sales or Manufacturing. You will report to the Business Analysis Team Leader. If you want to emerge technology, that helps us to add value and improve our internal processes i.e. development of software robots, smart automation or other business transformation projects - you have some of the skills listed below, and ready on personal development on others - join us.

Your Responsibilities:

• BOT environment analysis and reporting activities
• Business analysis for project and supporting development, testing and deployment phases
• Analyze productivity and process efficiency
• Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Solve issues that arise in daily running of RPA processes and providing responses and solutions.
• Facilitate process workshops aimed to finding automation potential and create project documentation
• Reporting and Analyses

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Understanding of Process Automation technology
• Self-initiated and zeal for continuous improvement

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Experience with any RPA tool (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism) or latest technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools
