Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Workday Architect to play a key role in the ongoing evolution of our global HR technology ecosystem. This role requires a strong background in Payroll systems and related processes, while also supporting broader HRIT initiatives across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence. The ideal candidate will bring deep Workday expertise, a passion for and experience in AI and automation, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
