Education

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Must be properly trained and licensed in the operation of powered industrial equipment as appropriate

Preferred Experience

• 3 to 5 years of inventory control management and supervisory experience required
• High School Diploma or GED plus 4 years of relatable experience
• Excellent verbal and analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• SAP experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Plans, schedules and assigns workloads for team. Coordinates workflow and procedures to maximize service
• Monitors departmental work productivity and recommends and implements changes to improve work productivity
• Cross-train staff to maximize productivity and provide coverage in all functions
• Coordinate and monitor daily cycle counts and virtual locations. 
• Review and research backorder/short pick confirmed the report. 
• Identify and communicate to management all associate errors in regards to mis-picks, replenishments, and put away 
• Ensure completion of monthly c-order aisle audit and empty bin check
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of vendor returns
• Ensure flagged item inspections are completed and communicated to PIC in a timely manner 
• Complete returns reconciliation for local and LLH returns
