Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with multiple groups to drive project success and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to design and optimize data structures that support application requirements.
- Experience in translating complex business needs into scalable and maintainable data models.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data models within broader software architectures.
- Familiarity with database design principles and data governance best practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues to ensure data integrity and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
