Areas of Responsibilities

• Open and/or close ticket window during event hours.
• Sell tickets for the Santander Arena and Santander Performing Arts Center.
• Provide customer service to patrons at the window and/or over the phone.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Provide great customer service and show the ability to work well with the public and other employees.
• Must be able to accurately handle money receipts.
• Ticketmaster or other ticketing software experience/knowledge a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, hardworking, and reliable.
• Must be computer savvy.
