PGA TOUR Internship Program
In 1992 the PGA TOUR established an internship program to support our commitment to strengthen diversity within our organization, as well as the golf industry. This paid internship is an 8-week program that provides enrolled college students and recent graduates an opportunity to build their work experience and learn the business operations of the PGA TOUR.
Opportunities traditionally are available in Corporate Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Business Development, International Business Operations, Tournament Business Operations, Legal, Finance & Accounting, Domestic & International Media, Digital Content, Data Science & Analytics and Golf Technologies.
Eligibility Criteria
As of June 2025, all applicants must:
· be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program; and
· have completed their sophomore year; and
· be legally permitted to work in the United States*
*International students must be currently enrolled at a US college or university and obtain all visas and employment authorizations prior to the start of the internship. We strongly encourage these students to begin this process early as it may require several months to complete. Contact the International Student Advisor at your university for specific information and requirements.
Personal Statement Requirement
The Personal Statement is a required component to apply for our internship program and an opportunity to showcase your personality, experiences and achievements.
Submit one short-essay in response to prompt 1 (please limit your essay to a maximum of 500 words) and submit a creative project in response to prompt 2. Examples of a creative project include sizzle reel, video, graphic design project, PowerPoint presentation, etc. (anything except a Word document/essay response). We will accept any creative project of your choice, as long as it's a directive response to “Prompt 2” and can be uploaded and attached to your application.
We will only consider applications with completed statements. Please attach your prompts where you attach your resume.
PLEASE BE SURE TO ATTACH YOUR RESUME AND PROMPT RESPONSES BEFORE SUBMITTING. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ADD ATTACHMENTS AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION.
