What you will do:

The IR Ops Supervisor will play a critical role in streamlining scheduling, monitoring field performance, and ensuring the timely completion of service calls. Acting as a technical escalation point, the IR Ops Supervisor will work to reduce downtime. Through improved oversight and management, it is expected that client feedback and retention will measurably improve under this role.

How you will do it:

• Streamline scheduling processes to optimize service call efficiency and resource allocation.
• Monitor field performance, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues, facilitating rapid resolution and minimizing service downtime.
• Analyze service call data to identify trends and implement improvements to enhance first-time fix rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and improve service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and performance metrics for reporting and analysis.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to field staff to foster professional development and operational excellence.

• PLC and microprocessor controls knowledge
