As an Mechanical Engineer in our manufacturing team at P&G, you will play a vital role in optimizing production processes for our renowned brands. Your responsibilities will cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment and processes in one of the 2 organizations within Rakona – making or packing.
Production - Packing
Here you would get our products into their final packaging and set up in pallets. Your team would have three priorities - safety, quality, and productivity. You will need to inform us of any performance loss, while identifying any key projects that help us achieve the performance targets of the packing line. This includes working on the installation and startup of new equipment, as well as systematizing tools for maintenance production management.
Production - Making
This is the department that produces our products based on the recipes we get from Research & Development. Your priority would be flexibility while delivering a high-quality product on time. As you do this, you will see opportunities for continuous improvement. This includes crafting any learning programs for operators and team leaders, helping others to develop their skills as we also work to simplify the process and standardize the work.

Master’s degree, ideally in a mechanical field - project and process management, mathematical and physical modeling, machines manufacturing, robotics and automation design, engineering of production lines or any related technical field.
Able to communicate in English
Minimum basic knowledge of Czech or Slovak
Display leadership, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
You can present your own results, as well as those of the entire department
You are proactive and flexible.
You have a desire to constantly learn and develop
You have communication skills.
Previous experience in similar roles will be considered as advantage, but this position is offered to the fresh graduates as well
