As a Tech M&A Technology Strategy Manager you should have excellent analytical skills, proactive approach and a proven track record of delivering complex transformation projects. Leverage your expertise in driving organizational transformation through mergers and acquisitions, disruptive technologies, and emerging trends in technology strategy. You will collaborate within high-performing teams to tackle critical C-suite priorities with precision, agility, and impact.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Manage technology transition paths by analyzing complex AS-IS landscapes and designing mature TO-BE architectures for seamless integration during M&A engagements
Conduct comprehensive E2E architecture assessments and develop solutions for the entire organizational technology landscape
Drive enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives, emphasizing functional rationalization and process optimization in merge or separation projects
Shape technology vision and innovation, providing thought leadership and technical guidance throughout the transition process
Act as the technical authority, defining optimal solutions that ensure performance, scalability, flexibility, operational efficiency, and capability alignment
Align business requirements with technology strategy, leveraging agile enterprise architecture to enable business and IT transformation
Define and govern end-to-end technology architecture, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, flexibility, and operational requirements
Assist clients in creating and implementing strategies and roadmaps for business and technology architecture that address new business models and disruptive technologies on the course of merges or separations
Support business development activities through industry and company-specific research and contribute to proposal development and presentations
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Excellent analytic and interpersonal skills
Proven track of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture and a good understanding of core and non-core IT systems
Seniority and maturity in customer facing and proven track of experience is complex transformation engagements
Problem-solving skills including the ability to structure client challenges, perform analyses independently & deal with new issues in dynamic work environments
Experience with wide range of technologies in facing business challenges and in execution
Enterprise Architecture and business strategy driven approach in client facing and vendors management
Intellectual capacity and relevant experience in technology to develop creative solutions
Experience in merge and acquisitions project (Tech M&A) and in complex IT transformations will be a considerable advantage
