The Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and risk mitigation to support business performance. This position leads complex financial modeling, develops and monitors control structures, and partners with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting transparency and operational efficiency. The role involves communicating financial insights to senior management, guiding business decisions, and overseeing team development to ensure high performance. The Finance team plays a critical role in supporting business decisions through detailed financial planning, analysis, and risk management. This team collaborates across functions to develop and enhance financial controls, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Members contribute to complex financial modeling, communicate key insights to leadership, and drive execution of business plans. The team fosters a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth, emphasizing clear communication and ethical standards. Together, they work to deliver value by aligning financial strategies with organizational goals and maintaining strong partnerships across the company.


What you'll do:
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
  • Manage complex control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve financial processes and controls.
  • Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear presentations.
  • Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and measuring performance.
  • Supervise and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
