Engage with key stakeholders routinely to address business challenges and lead the development of technology strategies that drive organization and customer experience success. Direct strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, architecture design, deployment and management of current and future solutions. Responsible for championing, orchestrating, budgeting, and directing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and removing impediments when necessary. Provide decision making, technical oversight, and prioritization guidance to project teams. Responsible for support and availability of core platform features and integrations, and champions the use of the platform technology available within the organization. Accountable for overall technical architecture strategy and roadmap.
Responsible for resource management of software teams by motivating, coaching, empowering, and fostering a culture of innovation and risk taking for colleagues. Facilitate the continual growth of colleagues by participating in the creation and execution of personal development plans focused on advancing software and technical excellence and strong emotional intelligence. Responsible for resource allocation for projects in collaboration with business and technology leaders.
Partner with business leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, customer experience, infrastructure, business and security architectures. Identify opportunities for appropriate and cost-effective investment in tools, business applications and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development. Promote and oversee strategic relationships between technology resources and external entities, including vendors and partner organizations.
Technical Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Computer Science, MIC, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or other science or management required; Master's degree preferred

Expertise in Salesforce Architecture and Customization

Expertise in driving user adoption and managing organizational change, ensuring teams effectively use Salesforce tools and feature to meet business goals.
Strong understanding in leveraging CX technologies to create personalized, seamless customer journeys across digital channels.
Strong oral and written communication skills including outstanding interpersonal and consultative skills
Strong ability to communicate with all levels of management concerning a wide variety of systems initiatives and priorities
