Job Description:

Product Analyst, Lynks / Integration Catalog

Role summary

The Product Analyst, Lynks / Integration Catalog will support the growth and operational execution of LynkUp, UPS Digital’s integration platform for connecting UPS capabilities, third-party systems, and partner/customer platforms into reusable solution components.

Within LynkUp, a “Lynk” is a reusable integration or endpoint that can be used across UPS Digital solutions. These Lynks may include third-party carrier integrations, ERP / OMS / WMS / TMS system integrations, partner platform connections, or UPS product “action” endpoints such as Delivery Intercept, InsureShield, or other capabilities that can be assembled into customer solutions.

This role will help move Lynks from idea to usable catalog capability. The analyst will support intake, discovery, requirements, external coordination, testing, UAT, roadmap tracking, and business enablement. This is an individual contributor role, but it requires strong project management, follow-through, and comfort coordinating across UPS product teams, engineering teams, commercial sponsors, customers, carriers, and external technology contacts.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage intake for new Lynk / integration requests from product, commercial, customer, carrier, partner, and internal solution sponsors.
  • Support discovery to clarify the business problem, customer use case, integration need, expected value, technical dependency, and adoption path.
  • Help determine whether a requested integration should become a reusable Lynk in the catalog versus a one-off customer or solution-specific integration.
  • Identify and coordinate with the right external contacts at carriers, customers, technology platforms, or partner organizations to obtain credentials, technical documentation, sandbox access, test data, and other integration inputs.
  • Coordinate integration delivery activities across UPS product, engineering, architecture, commercial, customer, and third-party teams.
  • Translate business and integration needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing needs, and handoff materials for engineering.
  • Support integration testing and UAT, including defining test scenarios, coordinating test execution, tracking defects, validating expected outcomes, and confirming readiness for business use.
  • Maintain the Lynks roadmap, integration inventory, ownership, status, dependencies, documentation, and availability.
  • Support prioritization of Lynks across carrier integrations, ERP / OMS / WMS / TMS systems, marketplaces, partner platforms, and UPS internal action endpoints.
  • Communicate newly available Lynks to product, sales, solutions, and business stakeholders, including what the Lynk does, why it matters, where it can be used, and how teams should engage.
  • Follow up with commercial or product sponsors after launch to confirm the Lynk is being used, identify blockers to adoption, and capture feedback for future roadmap needs.
  • Help create repeatable processes for Lynk intake, prioritization, credential coordination, testing, launch readiness, inventory updates, and business communication.

Preferred experience and skills

  • 4+ years in product analysis, business analysis, systems analysis, integrations, implementation delivery, product operations, or technology project coordination.
  • 5–7 years preferred.
  • Experience supporting APIs, third-party integrations, customer implementations, technology delivery, platform products, SaaS solutions, or logistics systems preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with external customers, vendors, carriers, platforms, or technology partners preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including issue tracking, dependency management, follow-up, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and delivery-ready work.
  • Comfort supporting testing, UAT, defect resolution, and launch readiness.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical capabilities in business terms.
