【Main tasks】
■Team Mission & Activities
・Provide Global Strategy, Standards, Best Practices to Regions & Markets to ensure proper implementation and global consistency
・Represent and understand the Regions & Markets through data analysis frequent communication.
・Manage and assess risk & opportunity on sales volume of each Region & Market to ensure global volume achievement
■The Role of This Position
・ Support GM, and SM to improve market performance in the Regions & Markets (i.e. volume, market share, revenue) by reviewing sales strategy, in parallel the enhancement of “Quality of Sales” through sales channel optimization and local inventory optimization.
・ Develop global standards/guidelines and deploy to Regions & Markets for sales quality enhancement.
・ Prepare global sales business reports in timely manner with intelligence, to support proper decision-making by top management.
・Reports and presentations to GM and SM on a monthly basis

・ This position provides first hand visibility into the global automotive market, and Nissan's competitive performance.

【Requirements】
■MUST
・Strong analytical skills
・Ability to develop clear communications from complex data
・Ability to present materials to Management in English
・EXCEL (table, chart, graph, etc.) / PPT (basic presentation material)
・English: Business level (TOEIC 800 or equivalent)
・Experience of the car industry:preferred
■WANT
・Basic knowledge of automotive industry
・Japanese: Preferable to have basic level (Not Must)
・TOEIC870
【Salary】
<Annual salary range>
Monthly salary (reference value)
323,000 - 439,000 yen
*This will be determined comprehensively in consideration of experience and expertise.

Approx. 6,000,000 yen to 7,800,000 yen
Monthly salary x 12 months + bonus (approximate value)
Actual timing, amount, payment conditions, etc. will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
