Senior Talent Search Recruiter - Based in Poland or Slovakia

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Search Recruiter to help shape how we identify and engage top talent across the business.

What you’ll do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers as a strategic search expert
• Lead intake discussions and design effective sourcing strategies
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools
• Screen and assess candidates, providing market insight and recommendations
• Track and report on sourcing effectiveness to continuously improve results
• Champion diversity, compliance, and a high‑quality candidate experience
• Mentor junior Talent Search colleagues and support team capability

What you bring

• Strong experience in Talent Search or Recruitment with experience working in clinical research or life science industry preferred
• Proven stakeholder management and consultative skills
• Advanced sourcing expertise, including Boolean search
• A data‑driven, detail‑focused approach
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł74,600.00 - zł184,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
