This Atlanta-based Accounts Payable Analyst will be part of the development team and will be responsible for vendor setups, processing invoices, generating reports, and coordinating with both internal and external parties to ensure that the Accounts Payable process is both effective and efficient.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Process and code invoices into PMWeb or similar accounting systems
  • Compare and verify accuracy of vendor and invoice information
  • Manage the payment process for all invoices in Microsoft Dynamics and the online banking portal
  • Research and resolve vendor payment issues
  • Support both internal and external PMWeb business users and the coordination between them
  • Assist with ensuring and sustaining PMWeb data quality through regular review of inputs and outputs through workflows or otherwise
  • Assist with annual processing, printing, and distribution of company 1099’s
  • Assist in cash flow analysis, ensure adequate project liquidity, process funding requests
  • Assist as required with periodic reporting cycle and annual audits
  • Reconcile quarterly intercompany transactions like development fees etc. and outstanding commitments
  • Assist in the contracting process along with vendor insurance tracking
  • Provide ongoing support of other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks/projects for the accounting department

Your Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Adaptability with learning new applications such as PMWeb
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
  • Real Estate Construction/Development AP processing experience is a plus
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with respect to both managing workload and professional development
