The Intern/student in the MTC will support IT team in the following activities:

General functions:

• Perform IT-related administrative activities
• Support on capturing, keep tracking and monitoring different IT requirements.
• Support orders and keep tracking of US/MX mobility.
• Support IT projects/activities as needed.
• Communication with IT Mobility Vendors for support.
• Process to request Mobile devices in Mexico/US,
• Reporting for usage of Mexico Mobile reports,
• Capturing the requisitions to pay the monthly services,
• Projects requisitions  and follow up the invoices with the local vendors.
• Help with US invoices processing for Verizon/T-Mobile/CBI providing the status of payments for T-Mobile US

Required Skills:

• Engineering or Bachelor's degree student in their final semesters
• Intermediate and/or advanced English proficiency
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, demonstrating respect and collaboration.
• Critical/logical thinking skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work Monday through Friday (7:30 am - 3:30 pm)
• Must have a valid tax identification number (RFC).
