Job Description:

Surgical Services Support Tech

Cleans operating rooms between/after cases and shares responsibility for maintaining adequate supplies and appropriate equipment in Surgical Services.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to read, write legibly, and converse effectively in the English language
  • Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES

American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • At least one year experience in acute care hospital and at least six months recent experience working in hospital operating room preferred
