Job Description Summary:
The Director of Endpoint Engineering provides strategic, architectural, and engineering leadership for their respective domain including network, telecommunications, compute platforms, storage, data center, and endpoint technologies across the healthcare enterprise. This role is responsible for the planning, design, engineering, and implementation of resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions that support clinical operations, patient care, and business functions.Responsibilities And Duties:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge of technologies necessary to support clinical operations and information systems along with the ability to gather, analyze and interpret business drivers to support the department and organization. Highly skilled at strategic planning, contract vendor negotiations, financial planning, and management of highly technical associates and resources. Strong interpersonal skills along with proven leadership.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare, Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred.
Specialized Knowledge: Extremely self-motivated with the ability to drive resources toward deadlines and manage ambiguity to effectively solve problems by embracing the health system's highly dynamic, constantly changing environment. Knowledge of regulatory and contractual compliance is beneficial. Experience leading large, complex projects across multiple functional departments. Experience in a complex healthcare organization is beneficial. The ability to explain complex technical ideas and issues to both technical and non-technical audiences is desired.
