Job Description

Your New Role: Motion Graphics & Video Editor

As a Motion Graphics & Video Editor within Global’s Internal Video team, you will create high-end motion graphics and polished video content across social, digital and broadcast platforms.

This is a hybrid creative role — combining advanced motion design expertise with

confident video editing skills. You’ll produce social-first animations for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, creating packages, campaign assets and promotional video content for Global’s brands. You’ll work closely with producers, editors and stakeholders to meet the brief, brand standards and deadlines — delivering premium creative at pace.

Key Responsibilities

Motion design delivery (40%): Create premium motion graphics, including titles, end cards, lower thirds, logo animations and transitions. Design and build motion systems and reusable templates while maintaining high creative standards. Develop strong visual treatments aligned to brand identity, ensuring consistency across multiple outputs.

3D & look development (40%): Build and animate 3D scenes and assets in Cinema 4D, including modelling, lighting, materials, MoGraph/dynamics and render optimisation in Redshift. Create standout 3D elements and integrate 3D seamlessly into 2D motion workflows

Video Editing & Post-Production (20%): Edit video content across campaigns and branded projects. Work confidently in Adobe Premiere Pro, shaping narrative structure and pacing. Deliver platform-optimised edits tailored to social platforms. Ensure high standards of finishing and audio balancing.

• Built strong relationships within the Internal Video team and across brand

stakeholders.

• Delivered high-end motion graphics and polished video edits on time and on brand.

• Demonstrated creative confidence across both motion-led and edit-led projects.

• Applied emerging tools, including AI where appropriate, to enhance craft and

efficiency

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 4 years’ professional experience in motion design and video editing.

• A strong showreel showcasing high-end motion graphics, 3D work and edited video content.

• Expert-level After Effects skills with strong typography and animation principles.

• Strong Cinema 4D capability, including animation, lighting, MoGraph/dynamics and render optimisation in Redshift.

• Strong compositing and finishing skills with experience using 3rd party plugins.

• Confident editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver to tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Fine Arts or equivalent professional

experience.
