The Dealer Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships within the dealer network by developing and executing strategic sales strategies. Cultivate strong partnerships, ensure sales targets are met, and provide guidance and support to dealers. This role demands a proactive, strategic approach to dealer engagement and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This position requires travel 50% of the time.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
Work Experience
Five (5) years account management and/or business planning experience

Office Environment :

Up to 75% travel and valid Driver’s License required.
Generac is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role based in Denver, Colorado is $100,000 - $120,000.This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
