The Senior Solutions Architect translates business needs into end-to-end technical systems solutions. This role integrates hardware, software, and network interfaces to form cohesive, enterprise-grade systems while beginning to influence departmental strategy. The incumbent makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, performing work with significant autonomy and exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
As a senior contributor, the Solutions Architect partners closely with business analysts, product owners, engineering teams, and marketing technology stakeholders to design architectures that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational and regulatory standards. This position plays a key role in establishing internal best practices, standardizing solution delivery, and contributing to organizational knowledge sharing.

This position is primarily based at the Waterside Building in Louisville, KY, with potential for hybrid flexibility. Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration, stakeholder meetings, or program support activities. The Senior Solutions Architect reports to senior technology or engineering leadership and operates as a key contributor within the Solutions Architecture job family.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
