We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong Python expertise to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
• Build and manage test frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium with Python).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues.
• Ensure test coverage for APIs, databases, and UI components.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation (plans, cases, reports).
• Advocate for best practices in software quality and testing.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium, Behave).
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or Python requests).
• Familiarity with SQL for database validation.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
