Our Talent Acquisition team is searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. You will play a pivotal role in helping Moss attract and hire the right talent for our commercial teams across all markets.

Your responsibilities 

  • Sourcing, screening & managing candidates  - identify, attract and engage with talent by using different sourcing techniques and channels. Manage the entire candidate journey from initial contact, coordinating interviews to offer management, ensuring a high quality candidate experience.

  • Vacancy briefings - help collect requirements for new vacancies, and ask insightful questions, that will help all parties to have an aligned understanding on the relevant candidate profile.

  • Reporting & Process improvement - deliver reports that showcase TA performance and insights. Work with your team and manager on identifying and implementing opportunities for experiments and improvements.

  • Stakeholder management - Respond quickly and efficiently to stakeholder queries, and ensure they have all the information needed to support your interviewing and hiring efforts. Develop healthy and sustainable relationships with team leads and interviewers.

About you

We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in the role:

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition and/or recruitment, using your sourcing skills to engage with candidates.

  • You are fluent in English.
