Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires defining high-level customer needs and designing the necessary business frameworks and solutions to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business objectives and drive transformation is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and strategic growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align business goals with technology capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CPI for Data Services.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within complex business environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic setting.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
