Job Description: Product Owner – AML Compliance

Job Location - Bengaluru

Experience - 10 to 15 years

Notice Period - Immediate joiner to 15 days

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead initiatives that strengthen our AML compliance capabilities in line with ongoing regulatory reforms. The role will focus on customer onboarding, due diligence, and risk-based controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate AML regulatory requirements into product features and backlog items

  • Drive delivery of ICDD/ECDD processes, PEP screening, and onboarding risk controls

  • Design exception workflows for high-risk customers and ensure proper due diligence

  • Partner with compliance, risk, and technology teams to deliver required system uplifts

  • Monitor KPIs such as onboarding completion, exception volumes, and false positive rates

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, onboarding, and risk-based controls

  • 12+ years of experience in product ownership and mobile application development

  • Experience with compliance technology platforms and Agile delivery

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
