About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our core products. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Architecture & Delivery, as well as our key Business owners/users, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with business goals. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, and ensuring successful execution from concept through launch and iteration.
• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the overall product strategy and vision, aligning it with company goals and market needs.
• Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that balances innovation, market demands, and technical feasibility.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with architecture, development, delivery and business leads, to guide the product development process and deliver features on time and within scope.
• Business/Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather business feedback and insights through regular forums, catch ups and analysis to inform product decisions and improve user experiences.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market shifts to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Product Development: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, managing product prioritisation, specification development, testing, and iteration.
• KPIs & Metrics: Establish clear success metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and optimize features accordingly.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders and leadership on product progress, challenges, and milestones through presentations and reports.
6+ years of product management experience.
Business or other relevant third level qualification is preferable but not essential.
Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders & guiding Product Owners.
Strong experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimisation.
Ability to analyse complex data sets to inform decision-making and measure product success.
Understanding of technical concepts and experience working closely with Architecture & Delivery Teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product features.
Experience with agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
First class problem-solver who gets to the heart of the matter.
The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with the business while ascertaining the key impact/detail behind the issue/request.
A team player who can lead by example and inspire others on a daily basis.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change.
A methodical approach to both daily tasks and project work.
Explores opportunities by being resourceful and self-motivating.
