We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and delivery for our BRT Middleware and Developer Tools portfolio — including the BRT App Platform, Universal Router, and other shared services / capabilities.
This is an individual contributor role requiring a rare combination of technical depth and business knowledge: you will partner with engineering leads to translate user/ customer outcomes into working software, while maintaining a sharp focus on the developer experience.
Act as the connective tissue between business strategy and engineering execution — turning user insights into validated, build-ready work, and shipping products that meet measurable outcomes.

The Team:
The Shared Services Engineering organization is responsible for enabling Fidelity Brokerage Recordkeeping Technology to accelerate the delivery of value to Fidelity’s customers by providing cloud native composite solutions, platforms, frameworks, and security capabilities. You will be a key member of the Shared Services Engineering team who is responsible for building application platforms, composite API’s, tools and frameworks to advance the organization’s ability to leverage the public cloud for solving business problems.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
