We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our SAP team, focused on S/4HANA transformation and modern SAP development for international clients.

This role is solution-oriented – you will not only develop but also design, guide others, and influence technical direction.

YOUR MISSION:

You will take ownership of complex technical solutions and drive development standards:

• Design and development of complex SAP solutions using ABAP (OO ABAP)

• Technical ownership of selected solution areas within S/4HANA projects

• Leading design of CDS Views, data models, and performance optimization

• Active usage and introduction of modern SAP paradigms (RAP, clean core)

• Designing integration solutions (APIs, OData, event-based integrations)

• Driving modernization initiatives (legacy → S/4HANA / clean core approach)

• Supporting development of SAP Fiori/UI applications (full-stack understanding is advantage)

• Code reviews, quality assurance, and enforcing development standards

• Mentoring junior/medior developers and providing technical guidance

• Close collaboration with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders

In short: you’ll work on S/4 and modern SAP stack — not just legacy ABAP

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.

We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed:

Specialist : 2050€ - 4050€

Associate Manager : 2550€ - 4800€

WHO YOU ARE:  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT field

• 5+ years of experience with SAP ABAP development

• Strong experience with S/4HANA projects (implementation or conversion)

• Advanced knowledge of:

  • Object-Oriented ABAP

  • CDS Views & data modeling

  • Performance optimization

• Experience with modern SAP development concepts (RAP advantage)

• Solid understanding of SAP integration patterns (APIs, OData, IDoc, events)

• Experience with technical design and solution architecture

• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor others

• English (B2+/C1), Slovak (C1)

Nice to Have

• Experience driving technical decisions / leading streams

• Fiori full-stack understanding

• Experience with clean core strategy and extensibility

• Cross-module SAP understanding
