Course: Linux System Administration and Maintenance

This course is focused on Linux server administration and maintenance within a corporate networking context. In addition to server installation, students will learn configuration and troubleshooting along with a variety of command-line and Graphical User Interface utilities and applications. 

What You Will Do:

• Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom
• Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes
• Respond to students’ questions and emails within the established timeframes
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University

What You Will Bring:

• Master’s or higher in Information Technology or related field
• 2-5 years' experience designing and/or implementing Enterprise server systems in a mid to large organization
• All instructors must have administration experience in the latest Linux Server environment
