About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on product design leader to support the MoneyLion brand and help shape the next chapter of its digital product experience. In this role, you’ll balance meaningful individual contribution with day-to-day leadership—designing experiences for MoneyLion app features, with a growing focus on the MoneyLion web experience, while guiding designers in our global offices.

You’ll oversee and contribute to the execution of existing products and features, partnering closely with product and engineering to align on scope, delivery, and quality. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior product designer who brings strong craft, deep Figma expertise, and a track record of shipping thoughtful work. You should be comfortable moving between IC and leadership modes, fluent in using AI tools such as Claude in your daily practice, and excited to explore internal tools and introduce new skills that elevate how our team works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on design work on the MoneyLion app features, with a closer eye on MoneyLion web

• Day to day oversight of designers across three regions, including reviews, critique, and unblocking

• Coaching junior designers so our execution quality and consistency

• Driving MLDS 4.0 adoption across product teams and keeping design and build aligned

• Making sure designers have the resources, clarity, and context they need to deliver

• Partnering closely with product and engineering on delivery, scope, and quality

About you:

• Senior level product design experience, strong craft, and a track record of shipping

• Experience leading or mentoring designers, ideally across time zones

• Deep Figma proficiency, including design systems, components, and tokens

• Fluent with AI tools in daily practice (Claude and others) and curious about building internal tools and being able to adopt an introduce new skills to our team

• Comfortable balancing IC work with team leadership, and knowing when to switch modes
