Flexibility: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry with a understanding of the overall functional and technical landscape (systems, tools, and technologies enabling manufacturing processes at the shop floor level)
• Knowledge of IT-OT architecture (ISA-95/IEC 62264, Purdue Model, Frameworks, etc.) and its functional components, automation and robotics, plant network, security protocols and industry standards
• Experience in the E2E deployment of industrial OT/IT solutions for manufacturing, including gathering functional requirements, designing the blueprint, creating test scenarios, performing regression testing, preparing technical documentation
• Experience in digital transformation of manufacturing and industrial operations through the integration of advanced technologies, data, and automation with the use of  solutions powered by IoT and Cloud Platforms (i.e., MS Azure, AWS) will be an advantage
• Active interest and up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in digital solutions for manufacturing ecosystems and Industry 4.0 technologies
• Bachelor in automation engineering or production engineering or related field
• English communication skills (written & spoken). Knowledge of German, Spanish or French will be an advantage

Key skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Consulting, Product/Software Platforms, Platform Architecture/Design
• Outstanding written & spoken communication skills and experience of working with cross-cultural leaders & stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving & root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent project management & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Global Environment using Onshore Offshore model
• Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles
