How you’ll make an impact:

• We are looking for a dynamic professional prepared to absorb GPO activities right from the start, laying the foundation for global process standardization and excellence. This is not just a repetitive role; it is a gateway to high-level process ownership and strategic influence;

• Early GPO Engagement: You will start by absorbing Global Process Owner activities, helping to define and maintain standards that ensure consistency across the entire organization;

• Strategic Process Design: You will align local workflows with global strategic goals, ensuring that every task contributes to a streamlined, world-class operation;

• Stakeholder Collaboration: You will act as a key connector between business units, resolving issues and driving integration within platforms;

• Performance and Innovation: You will monitor KPIs to identify improvement areas, using your analytical mindset to suggest automation or leaner ways of working;

• Lead project & team delivery activities by managing supervisors o r team leads;

• Ensure optimal resource allocation, adherence to budget, and high-quality outcomes;

• Support the onboarding and smooth transition of new projects and clients;

• Collaborate closely with contract management, project managers, finance teams, and delivery units to drive results;

• Oversee end-to-end delivery processes to ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations;

• Contribute to client acquisition efforts and strategic growth initiatives;

• Drive solution feasibility, support sales efforts, and ensure successful delivery execution;

• Strengthen and maintain strong customer relationships; act as a key contact for escalations and delivery assurance;

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline commitments;

• Monitor resource utilization and team performance to ensure consistent task execution;

• Identify, assess, and manage project and operational risks;

• Ensure full compliance with internal processes, legal requirements, and industry standards;

• Maintain a continuous focus on improving operational efficiency and service excellence.
