Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will engage with team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive project success, adapting to challenges and ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and aligned with strategic goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any emerging challenges.
- Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and ensure transparency.
- Lead project delivery from planning through implementation and handover.
- Manage milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication across business, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Maintain documentation, RAID logs, decision records, and reporting.
- Coordinate readiness, training, process updates, and BAU transition.
- Ensure quality and governance standards are met.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management, Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project updates and expectations to stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies to streamline project execution.
- Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Strong project management experience in IAM or cyber programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience working with distributed/onshore offshore teams.
- Familiarity with MFA, IGA, PAM, AD, and security remediation domains
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
