About the Role

Join the PTC IT organization and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital workplace experience for a global enterprise. As a SharePoint Development & Delivery Manager, you will lead the strategy, modernization, governance, and delivery of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms that power business operations across regions.

This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will drive automation, AI enablement, compliance, and platform transformation initiatives while managing a talented engineering team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of SharePoint developers, administrators, and Power Platform engineers.
• Drive performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Platform Strategy & Delivery

• Own the SharePoint Online roadmap, governance, and delivery model.
• Lead development of intranet, collaboration, document management, and workflow automation solutions.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and release management best practices.
• Ensure compliance, security, and enterprise information architecture standards.
• Act as escalation point for critical issues and provide executive reporting.

Innovation & Modernization

• Drive automation initiatives across Microsoft 365.
• Enable Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven collaboration capabilities.
• Lead platform modernization and digital workplace transformation programs.
• Strengthen compliance and data governance frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading teams of 5–10 members.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience implementing governance, compliance, and enterprise security models.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience driving automation and AI initiatives.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
• Experience in compliance-driven enterprise environments.

Proven track record in platform modernization initiatives.
