Main Responsibilities

• Invoices and Account management: manage and check freight and additional charges for outgoing/incoming shipments. charge back invoices to the branch, code and approve invoices.

• Research and Resolve issues: freight invoices, carrier charge backs, account issues, invoices past due. Contact with Carriers about issues.

• Data and reports: maintaining reports for AGSCS.

• Working accurately is a must for these overviews.

• Other general duties and special projects: Filing, Outlook mail, Excel, SV, Oracle, ACI system. Maintaining contact with carriers and colleagues from other departments to gather information.

Who are we looking for:

• Someone who has experience with the Gambit system

• Experience using Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• High accuracy and detail-orientated individual, who completes tasks with extra precision

• Fluent English language is a must, Dutch and German would be greatly appreciated.

• Someone who can work well in a team and independently.

• Someone who is flexible.
