About the Role

[팀/포지션 소개]
To support CEO and Leadership Team by driving the strategic planning process and facilitating the effective execution of key business initiatives, contributing to the achievement of organisational goals.

[담당업무]

- Support CEO leading the annual company-wide strategic planning process, and monitor the progress of key strategic initiatives to ensure alignment and timely execution across the organization.

- Plan, organise, and facilitate recurring business meetings (e.g., MBR/QBR, EXCO Meeting, EXCO PSC), ensuring smooth operations and follow-up implementation in collaboration with the leadership team.

- Facilitate decision-making by supporting the CEO and EXCO members through cross-functional communication, preparation of meeting materials, executive briefings, and coordination of key discussions.

- Support key business projects of high importance for strategic initiative execution.

- Respond to ad-hoc requests assigned by the supervisor, CEO and Group RCE Office, and perform additional duties as required to support operational and business needs.

[자격요건]

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance industry, consulting firms, or financial institutions.

- Strong business acumen with proven problem-solving capabilities.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with a creative and proactive mindset.

- Skilled at identifying key messages from complex data and presenting them clearly.

- Proactive and self-motivated, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
