You will drive profitability and success by overseeing service quality and cost, while also supporting sales through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. - Manage service quality and cost to ensure profitability and continued success. - Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 15 years of experience in Packaged Application Development with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in managing large, complex technology projects. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Packaged Application Development with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
