Modality Sales Specialist Ultrasound

Job Description

As a Modality Sales Specialist Ultrasound, you are responsible for driving sales performance and market share for assigned ultrasound solutions. You develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and expand presence within existing and new accounts. Leveraging strong clinical and technical expertise, you advise customers on the latest innovations and upgrades, deliver advanced clinical applications, and build trusted partnerships. You also provide insights through forecasting, reporting, and market analysis to support sustainable business growth.

 

Your role

  • Drive sales performance for assigned ultrasound modalities by executing strategic and tactical sales plans, delivering accurate forecasting, and achieving revenue and market share targets.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts and penetrating new markets through strong clinical, technical, and commercial expertise.

  • Deliver advanced clinical applications and support value‑based customer engagements, presentations, tenders, and quotations to strengthen competitive positioning.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by promoting technological innovations, system configurations, and upgrades while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, and Business Units) to support AOP objectives, pricing strategies, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring CRM accuracy and policy compliance.

You’re the right fit if you have

  • A clinical background in Ultrasound (preferred).

  • Proven commercial experience in medical devices or healthcare, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross‑functional teams.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) and a strong command of English.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
