Sanimax is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Mechanic in our Green Bay facility for the day shift.

As a Maintenance Mechanic you will be responsible for:

• Perform welding and cutting on steel, stainless steel and aluminum
• Must understand safe work practices including: lock out tag out, confined space entry, ladder and climbing safety, hot work permits
• Repair pipefitting and plumbing
• Assist electricians with mounting and unmounting motors and gear drives
• Repair, rebuild and replace pumps
• Perform general cleaning within the production plant at times as well as all maintenance areas on a regular basis 4
• Lift, move and rig heavy/awkward equipment and work in tight spaces
• Repair, maintain and assist in the operations of waste water, air pollution systems and blending /grain silos
• Interact with others in a professional and ethical manner
• Follow department and company procedures
• Keep up regular attendance, regular attendance is essential for the smooth operation of this company and department success
• Other duties as assigned

Experience Required

• Experience working on industrial equipment
• Understand and work with blueprints and schematics
• Ability to weld with wire and stick systems
• Repairing and replacing pumps and valves

Shift Hours and Schedule:

Day Shift: Hours are 6 am to 6:20 pm working a 2/2/3 schedule
