About the Position
The Lead Business Analyst for Quote to Cash (QTC) will be responsible for driving end-to-end process excellence across Salesforce CRM, NetSuite ERP, and integration workflows. This role requires strong functional expertise in GTM/Sales operations, order management, CPQ processes, and cross-functional business engagement. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, document business flows, and bring innovative ideas to improve sales efficiency, automation, and operational visibility. This role serves as a key connector between Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and RevOps teams.
Compensation
The base salary range is $135,000-$145,000 per year for full-time employment, exclusive of benefits. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 5% of the base salary. Your base salary compensation will be based on your individual skills, education, and experience. Please keep in mind that the above range is the full base salary range for this role; hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
