INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND

ASML’s Planning & Delivery (P&D) sector acts as an impartial partner, balancing customer demand and requests with a realistic view of capabilities while ensuring that flows run smoothly, compliantly, and cost-effectively. The Taiwan sector within P&D is responsible for end-to-end supply chain cycle, from planning to delivery, including materials planning, capacity planning, network consideration and demand/ supply reconciliation. Taiwan P&D oversees local execution, translates this into consolidated (financial) performance, and drives actions to stay within agreed boundaries.

As program manager, you will coordinate step-changes across departments and sectors and act as Chief-of-Staff for P&D Taiwan leadership team. In this role, you will contribute to ASML’s mission by fostering collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation across the organization.

SCOPE OF WORK

This Statement of Work defines the effort required for

• Support senior leadership with development of the Integral P&D Taiwan vision and strategy, and translate this into the transformation roadmap.

• Set up and drive business improvement programs across sectors and function areas

• Act as Chief-of-Staff to the P&D Taiwan leadership team (e.g., prepare leadership meetings, oversee implementation of cross-departmental initiatives, foster transparent communication across the P&D Taiwan community).

• Drive a portfolio of P&D Taiwan improvement projects (including connection to the overall P&D business priorities/ transformation roadmap).

• Facilitate the weekly and monthly P&D Taiwan performance management cycle (KPI reviews) and link to P&D mission control/ monthly operations review.

• Develop an analytics capability roadmap to leverage analytics and business intelligence tooling across the planning and execution (S&OE) domain, including adoption of AI opportunities.

CONTEXT OF THE POSITION

This is a senior position reporting into the Head of P&D Taiwan and is part of the global P&D organization.

WORK REQUIREMENTS

Education and experience

• Relevant Bachelor/ Master’s degree (e.g., business administration, supply chain management, econometrics, industrial engineering).

• 12+ years of relevant experience in a large international company (industry and/or consultancy).

• Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain management and/or business (planning) processes, preferably in a B2B manufacturing and/or service environment.

• Leadership experience in managing large projects and programs.

• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and planning systems/tooling.

• Affinity with the high-tech, low-volume industry.

• Professional communication skills in English

• Experience/affinity with planning and SAP experience is required (1-3 years)
