About the Role

The Consultant will support the execution and implementation of the projects and system enhancements undertaken by Vitality division.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Vitality Program Refresh

  • Handle and implement key strategic projects as part Vitality program enhancement using AI technologies, integrate with our partner platform/systems, implement regulatory/audit requirements, and enhance our existing vitality functions.

  • Plan and lead any projects and enhancements in Vitality program.

  • Lead user requirements gathering sessions and development of user requirement specifications - Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Requirement Traceability Matrix.

  • Liaise with 3rd party / multi-functional development & testing team to negotiate and finalize the timeline and effort.

  • Coordinate with all partners in system delivery and implementation and ensure that all tasks assigned to the team meets the prescribed delivery schedule and timeline.

  • Ensure all post deployment issues are resolved during post implementation warranty support and lead handover transition to business owner upon project completion.

System and Process Improvement

  • Lead and review the current Vitality enrolment process via various submission channels (iPOS+, AIANOW, AIA+), identify the gaps, propose the right solution to address issues and streamline the process.

  • Find opportunities to improve the customer vitality member journey, new program features aligned with the new market trend which help to increase the membership base.

  • Support Technology initiatives on platform migration, Security enhancement and internal policy enforcement by plan the task, timeline, and appropriate resource.

Others

  • Develop/Review clear and concise User Acceptance Test (UAT) Test Plans for projects and enhancements.

  • Lead execution of User Acceptance Testing and work closely with partners to resolve issues and defects for signoff, ensuring all functionalities have been tested, defects have been identified and documented, impacts have been assessed, and resolutions provided.

  • Prepare user guides and deliver training to end users on the implemented solutions.

  • To support any daily production issues with the team. Required substantial communication with Group IT or local IT in resolution.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Degree Holder preferably in Business IT, Computer Science or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience.

  • Experience in insurance industry or agile project management would be a plus.

  • Pro-active, self-motivated, and able to handle priorities to meet deadlines.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in engaging key stakeholders to effectively communicate across all levels within the organization (local and Group) – spanning from Senior Management to Project team members.

  • Digitally-savvy with a passion for optimizing digital experiences.

  • Experience in mobile apps would be a plus.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to share and learn.

  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal guidance and is a teammate with strong influencing and people handling skills.
