The Learning Project Management and Productivity Lead, is a senior position under Learning Implementation Services (LIS) and plays a critical role in strategy and execution for the Citi Learning organization.  The role will collaborate with the Citi Learning leadership team, Learning Advisors, Learning Execution and Relationship Management team (LERM), Instructional Designers, Operations, Content Testing, Business Execution teams and others to help ensure the success of strategic initiatives across the Learning organization.  This role will be responsible for executing business strategy, provide support for strategic initiatives, support process improvement, and driving cross-teams initiatives to achieve simplification, increased productivity, and efficiency. May manage ad hoc projects as requested.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, project management, and analytical abilities, coupled with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a mindset of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, multi-faceted projects and programs across their full lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Develop and manage critical program documentation including governance charts, RASCIs, communication plans, and metrics.
• Coordinate resources and activities across teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Proactively identify, assess, escalate, and manage project risks issues, and controls processes as needed.
• Translate complex data and analysis into clear, visually accessible presentations and documentation for senior stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate key conclusions and actionable insights to drive process improvements and strategic decisions.
• Demonstrate expertise in KPIs, metrics definition, capacity models, financial impacts, and data driven decision making.
• Ensure timely provision of operational information and consistent output/metrics to key stakeholders.
• Proactively seek and identify opportunities for process improvement, measure their impact, and ensure return on change initiatives.
• Lead initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with executives and stakeholders across the Learning Community.
• Effectively communicate project status, milestones, updates, challenges, and successes to all concerned parties.
• Promote strong working relationships and cultivate trust among all project stakeholders, including sponsors, team members, and stakeholders.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and team members.
• Continuously improve personal and team skills through lessons-learned reviews.
• Foster a growth mindset and proactive attitude towards project delivery, even in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Efficiently solve complex, ambiguous problems and situations, demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail while maintaining focus on the big picture.
• Multi-task productively and reliably, managing conflicting priorities effectively.
• Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independent judgment and autonomy.
• Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in Learning and Development, Project Management, Operations, Organizational Development or related field. Change management a plus.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to lead others located globally without direct reporting lines.
• Strong understanding of Learning processes and strategy
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to escalate issues and propose potential solutions.
• Experience incorporating Artificial intelligence within process improvements and innovation.
• Drives results and demonstrates strong sense of accountability and follow through.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and demanding stakeholders at one time.
• Capable of performing effectively in complex situations with high degree of ambiguity and limited guidance.
• High level of proficiency with the MS Office Suite is essential, including Excel functions, data visualization, Visio and deep SharePoint knowledge, including the preparation of executive-level presentations.
• PMP certification strongly preferred, Six Sigma a plus.
• Fluent in English. Second language proficiency a plus.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
